- Application Store refers to the digital distribution services operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) from which you downloaded the Application.
- Affiliate refers to an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of shares, equity interest, or other voting securities.
- Account refers to a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Zerovik Innovations Private Limited, Darshani, Garur, Bageshwar, Uttarakhand, IN.
- Content refers to text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by you through the Service.
- Device refers to any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Feedback refers to suggestions, enhancements, or ideas provided by you regarding the Service.
- In-app Purchase refers to a product, item, service, or subscription purchased through the Application and governed by these Terms and Conditions and/or the Application Store's terms and conditions.
- Service refers to the Application and its functionalities, including anonymous Q&A and chat.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean this agreement that governs your use of the Service.
- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any content, services, or data provided by a third-party displayed or accessible through the Service.
